"In this gouache painting I aimed to show how climate change affects our planet and the endangerment of species. It causes water levels to rise, temperature and weather to become more severe which endangers habitats. The wooly mammoth, dodo bird and Tasmanian tiger are a few of the species depicted at the bottom of the painting, and they are all extinct due to human actions. The animals swimming above the water are currently endangered like the Sumatran tigers, emperor penguins, king cobras, and others. By fighting climate change and working towards a safer world, we can help stop the extinction of species."
